Meeting with Mr. Selvin Hay, Deputy Director General, No. 2 of the Jamaica Constabulary Force and with his deputy Mr. Mc Arthur SUTHERLAND (Police Senior Superintendent) who has participated in 4 ALCORCA workshops.

The warm welcome by the Jamaican officials, added to the real interest they have in our Alcorca program and the perspectives developped both in technical  and operative fields, have confirmed their desire and willingness to assume it as their own.

It should be noted that the Kingston authorities responded positively to each of the invitations, whatever the thematic areas (Police, Customs, Justice or Defense).

From the 1st Workshop, the Jamaican participants demonstrated a high technical level as well as a particularly active participation.

The delegation was received by Mrs. Velma RICKETTS WALKER, CEO of Customs Commissioner, his Deputy Mr. Alwyn NICELY and Ms. Kalista POWEL, Chief of Intelligence, who has participated in two ALCORCA workshops.
